Instruction to unlink Vietcombank

Please follow these steps to unlink Vietcombank:

Step 1: You can log in TrueMoney wallet, choose Wallet ->Bank card management

Step 2: Choose Unlink bank and Confirm

Step 3: In website of Vietcombank, you can log in to Vietcombank system

Step 4: Choose Other services -> Cancellation

Step 5: Choose E-walleet type with the same phone number as the wallet number -> input Current password to confirm

Step 6: Unlink Vietcombank successful. Customer returns to the Card management
