I paid the bill was successful but recover the debt?

For Installment/ Lending Services: FECredit, Prudential, Home Credit; customer's bill will be debited within 24 - 48 working hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

For other payment services, customer will be debited at the time of payment.

In case the bill of customer is still not clear, customer can call TrueMoney hotline [phone]  press key 3 or send email to [e-mail] and provides the following information for support:

• Transaction ID
• Contract number
• Time of transaction
